Mired in a Mediocre Emergency

Seth Godin provocatively suggests we stamp out the mediocre emergencies in our companies rather than tolerate them. Wow, that hits close to home. How many things do we neglect just because they don't seem important enough. It's enough to make you think twice.

Once you identify those emergencies, create a high priority action item in your PDA to do something about it. And then take action.
